Nick Gatfield, former saxophonist of 80s pop group Dexys Midnight Runners, has been promoted from President of Sony's music division to Head of Music in the UK and Ireland.
The former President of Universal Island Records, who worked with artists including Amy Winehouse, Mika and Keane, replaces Ged Doherty as UK Chairman and Chief Executive.
